HI I'm Cesar, I am a portrait and event photographer that is based on New York, this is what I love, and do best. I wanted to be able to capture life. After receiving praise and encouragement from friends and family, I decide to dive in and teach myself.I studied and learned and practiced intensively before going into business to make sure I had an expert level of offer my clients.
